A headline member of the attacking ranks at La Liga heavyweights Barcelona was this weekend spotted sporting the colours of one of English football’s leading clubs, in Manchester United.

The Blaugrana star in question? Lamine Yamal.

Wide-man Lamine is for his part currently enjoying some rare time away from the pitch.

Afforded a much-needed break on the back of Barcelona’s domestic treble-winning campaign in 2024/25, as well as Spain’s campaign at the Nations League, the 17-year-old, in turn, has been spotted in locations across his home country and beyond over recent weeks.

And as alluded to above, this weekend, Lamine has turned heads courtesy of his choice of attire…

Enjoying the final days of his summer holiday ahead of Barca’s return for pre-season training in a week’s time, the prodigious winger posed for a photo whilst wearing a retro Manchester United jersey.

Whilst undoubtedly meaning little when it comes to Lamine’s future or loyalties, the photo, showcased below, has nevertheless gone viral online:
