Leeds United approach their second season back in the Premier League as early summer business ramps up across the division.

Brentford have signed Jannik Schuster from Red Bull Salzburg for £17.2m.

Bournemouth have appointed Marco Rose as head coach. Marcos Senesi is departing as his contract expires and is expected to sign for Tottenham. Andoni Iraola has departed and is now Liverpool’s head coach.

Arsenal departures include Jakub Kiwior to Porto and Karl Hein to Werder Bremen, both permanent after loans.

Brighton will be without James Milner, who is retiring, and Solly March, who leaves at contract end.

Chelsea have appointed Xabi Alonso as head coach, with no confirmed ins or outs. Aston Villa have no confirmed business so far.
