It’s the penultimate gameweek of the 2024-25 Premier League season!

The title race and relegation battle are over, but there’s still a lot on the line. The action in Gameweek 37 is spread across a period of five days, with four of those having football on.

It kicks off on Friday, with Chelsea hosting Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur travelling to Aston Villa. There are no games on Saturday to give the FA Cup Final full focus, meaning a busier Sunday. On Monday, Premier League champions Liverpool take on Brighton and Hove Albion. And the gameweek comes to a close on Tuesday, with the FA Cup finalists playing their delayed matches.

We’ve taken a look at all 10 matches from Gameweek 37 and offered our predicted scores.

Aston Villa vs Tottenham

Tottenham will have their eyes firmly on the Europa League Final, which may count against them in their trip to Villa Park. Aston Villa are unbeaten in their last 20 home games across all competitions, their best such tun in almost 50 years. The Villans have also won three of their last five Premier League games against Tottenham. And the past two matches have seen at least four goals scored.

Chelsea vs Man Utd

Man Utd also have the Europa League Final to focus on, so their team may influence the result at Stamford Bridge. The Red Devils aren’t in good form anyway, winless in their past seven Premier League matches. Chelsea, meanwhile, have won seven and drawn two of their nine home league games in 2025. The Blues need to win to stay in control of their top five hopes.

Everton vs Southampton

The final Premier League game at Goodison Park. Everton will be hoping to send the ground off with one final win, against relegated Southampton. Saints have won just one of their last 26 Premier League games, drawing five and losing 20. But they have scored in three of their past four away games. At the same time, Everton have both scored and conceded in five of their past six home league games.

West Ham vs Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest are chasing Champions League football, but things might be quite tough on their visit to the London Stadium. West Ham United haven’t lost at home to Nottingham Forest since 1997, winning seven of their past eight such matches in this fixture. Only one of the two sides have scored in four of the previous five games between West Ham and Nottingham Forest too.

Brentford vs Fulham

Both Brentford and Fulham will harbour European hopes, so victory in this London derby will be key for both. Brentford go into this game having won each of their past four Premier League games. The Bees are looking to win five top-flight matches in a row for just the second time in their history, 86 years after the first occasion. Fulham have also lost nine of their past 16 games, including each of their past two.

Leicester vs Ipswich

A battle between two already-relegated sides, there’s not much to look forward to in Leicester City‘s game against Ipswich Town. All eyes will be on Jamie Vardy, though, to see if he can score his 200th goal in what will be his 500th and final appearance for Leicester. Recent meetings between Ipswich and Leicester have been low-scoring affairs, with the past three games ending in 1-1 draws.

Arsenal vs Newcastle

This will be an interesting battle in the race for Champions League football. Arsenal sit second but can be overtaken by their opponents if they lose at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday. The Gunners are winless in their last four home games across all competitions, losing the last two. Newcastle United have also won four of their past five games against Arsenal across all competitions, keeping a clean sheet in each victory.

Brighton vs Liverpool

Liverpool are yet to win since claiming the league title, losing one and drawing one of their two games so far. They’ll travel to Brighton hoping to end that wait, but the Seagulls will prove tricky opposition. Brighton have lost just one of their last seven Premier League home games, winning four and drawing two. But Liverpool haven’t lost their final away league game in any of the last six seasons.

Crystal Palace vs Wolves

Crystal Palace could go into this game still celebrating, or suffering heartbreak after the FA Cup Final. The Eagles will be happy to see Wolverhampton Wanderers as the opponents either way. Palace have won six of their past eight league games against Wolves, while also being unbeaten in their past five at home in this fixture. This matchup has been known for goals too, with 13 scored across the past three games alone.

Like Palace, Manchester City could be either celebrating or heartbroken for this game. But they will also want to build momentum ahead of this summer’s Club World Cup. The Citizens have won their past four home games in the league, their best such run of the season. They also boast a 100% record at home against Bournemouth in the Premier League. But Man City will be wary of Bournemouth recently breaking a similar run against Arsenal at the Emirates.
