Presnel Kimpembe says Adrien Rabiot’s 2024 move to Marseille left him hurt.

"Honestly, it hurt me. It is his decision, but it hurt. As a Parisian, that hurts," he said on RMC Sport’s Génération After.

The pair came through the Paris region academy and were PSG team-mates from 2014 to 2019, also linking up with France. Rabiot has since been named in Les Bleus’ 2026 World Cup squad.

After leaving Paris for Juventus in 2019, Rabiot returned to Ligue 1 with Marseille for the 2024-25 season.

Kimpembe, 30, now with Qatar SC, said he would never consider the same switch. "No, impossible. I am saying it on camera... Im-pos-sible!"
