The Juventus Men’s First Team sign off for the 2025/26 season with a big game - the Bianconeri are away to Torino on Serie A Matchday 38, still with hopes of qualifying for next season’s Champions League.

Results elsewhere will need to go in the Bianconeri’s favour, but a top-four finish is still on the cards for Luciano Spalletti’s side. The Granata sit 12th ahead of the final game of the season with 44 points and cannot climb higher.

Let’s get up to speed ahead of Sunday’s 20:45 CEST kick-off with some pre-match stats.

Interesting Facts

  • The upcoming match will be the 185th Derby della Mole across all competitions (since 1929/30), with Juventus having recorded 89 wins, Torino 41, and 54 draws
  • Torino and Juventus have drawn their last two league derbies and have only recorded at least three consecutive draws in Serie A on two occasions: four between 1977 and 1978 and three between 1966 and 1967.
  • In 10 of the last 17 Serie A meetings, Juventus have kept a clean sheet against Torino, including the first-leg fixture in this season’s campaign; overall, the Bianconeri have kept 64 clean sheets against the Granata in the league (in 161 matches): fewer only than those kept against Inter (65) in the competition.
  • The Turin derby between Torino and Juventus will be played on the final matchday of a Serie A season for the first time in history.
  • Dusan Vlahovic, following his goal against Lecce in the last away match, could score in two consecutive away league matches for the first time since the period between September and October 2024.
  • Kenan Yildiz scored in the last away match against Torino in January 2025; the Turkey international could become only the fourth Juventus player to score in two consecutive away matches against Torino in Serie A in the three-points-per-win era, following Paul Pogba in 2013–2016, David Trezeguet in 2002–2007 and Gianluca Vialli in 1995–1996.

Opposition Focus

  • Torino have won just one of their last 19 home league matches (5D, 13L) against Juventus: a 2-1 victory on 26 April 2015 (a comeback with goals from Matteo Darmian and Fabio Quagliarella after the Bianconeri had taken the lead through Andrea Pirlo)
  • With just one more point, Torino would surpass their points tally from last season (44 at present and at the end of the 2024/25 season); the Granata have, however, lost two of their last three matches (1W), following a four-match unbeaten run in Serie A (2W, 2D).
  • Since Roberto D’Aversa’s arrival, Torino have not lost at home and have picked up 13 points during that period, the result of four wins and a draw: only Inter and Roma have more (14 each) – Como also have 13.
  • Giovanni Simeone – who has scored in each of his last five home league appearances – could become the first player to score in six consecutive home matches for Torino in Serie A under the three-points-for-a-win system.
  • Duvan Zapata has scored six goals against Juventus in Serie A, with the first four coming at home; since his first against the Bianconeri (2016/17), no player has scored more goals against the Turin side in the league (his teammate Giovanni Simeone has also scored six).
