Goncalo Ramos has left PSG and Randal Kolo Muani will likely eventually join him.

That leaves the Parisians short up front, and it will be very interesting to see what direction they go in to replace him.

Right now the favourite looks to be Ferran Torres. Having found Julian Alvarez’s asking price too high, the Barcelona backup forward becomes more tempting.

Torres on PSG shortlist to strengthen attack

French Football insider Fabrice Hawkins has today Tweeted that Torres is on a shortlist of three names which PSG are targeting for their attack.

This isn’t the first time the Parians have looked at Torres, but now his contract is down to its final year, his price is becoming more viable. The real question is whether the Spain international will be happy knowing he’s coming in to PSG as a backup to the first choice front three. So far there are “contacts” between PSG and Barcelona but no deal.

This is one that could develop through the summer, especially once Kolo Muani’s future is decided.

PSG have decided not to pursue Ayyoub Bouaddi, according to a source who is very close to the team. They have instead secured Fabian Ruiz with a contract extension.

There is no shortage of cashflow in Paris – the club have reportedly signed a new contract with Nike that will massively increase their incomings from sponsorships.
