After reports on Sunday suggested he had chosen PSG over Liverpool, French outlets now say 19-year-old Yan Diomande has agreed personal terms on a five-year deal with the Ligue 1 champions.

L’Équipe reports the transfer could be finalised soon, with PSG and Leipzig holding intensive negotiations.

Leipzig previously rejected an offer of around €100 million from Liverpool, though their demands could be lower for PSG.

A switch to PSG is the player’s clear preference, and Oliver Mintzlaff’s close relationship with Nasser Al-Khelaifi could aid talks.

Fabrizio Romano reports Leipzig are insisting on a fee above €100 million, but says the price could fall if an agreement is struck for the winger to remain at Leipzig on loan for another season.
