PSG have reworked their transfer strategy in recent windows, moving away from headline chasing and toward long-term planning. The emphasis has shifted to younger players who can develop and grow within the project.
That approach was clear with the addition of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia from Napoli, an energetic attacker brought in to strengthen an already youthful group. His signing, alongside Willian Pacho and Joao Neves, reinforced PSG’s seriousness about building a sustainable core.
Over the summer, La Gazzetta dello Sport reported that agent Jorge Mendes met with the family of Juventus forward Kenan Yildiz, whose reputation continues to rise in Turin. PSG, Manchester City, and Chelsea were all mentioned as clubs keeping tabs on the situation. While no move followed, Yildiz remains on the radar of several top teams across Europe.

Regarding the latest on Yildiz, CaughtOffside reports, citing sources close to the agents industry, that the 20-year-old Turkish international has been in discussions with Juventus for several weeks over a new deal, but progress has stalled.
Furthermore, Yildiz is on a salary believed to be between €1.5 million and €1.7 million per year, a level that no longer matches the role carved out within the squad or the steady rise in market value.
Those representing Yildiz are seeking a significant increase, targeting a deal worth roughly €6 million per season. However, Juventus have not been prepared to go that far. As a result, talks have reached a delicate stage, leaving real questions about whether a long-term stay in Turin can still be worked out.
Meanwhile, the report from CaughtOffside reveals that Chelsea and Arsenal are currently leading the Premier League interest as the January transfer window approaches.
