L'Équipe says PSG have reached full agreement with Barcelona’s Dro Fernández to become Luis Enrique’s first winter signing after a rapid negotiation.
The move is described as imminent, with the French club set to trigger the 6 million euro release clause for an immediate switch.
The contract would run until 2030 and he would join the first team rather than the reserves.
The deal spans four and a half seasons, starting this month.
Premier League sides tried late to divert the under-18 international, yet confidence within the Paris club is total.
Luis Enrique’s presence was decisive in his choice, and despite four outings under Hansi Flick, he felt stalled at the Camp Nou.
Barcelona have limited leverage, with a contract to 2027 and a modest release clause leaving little room to manoeuvre if he opts to go.
