Saturday’s reports indicate that Goncalo Ramos will sit at the top of the Rossoneri wage bill once his transfer from PSG is completed, on top of a staggering transfer fee, which some outlets suggest could even surpass the €80m mark.
According to reports from various outlets on Friday, Milan have secured a deal to bring Portugal international Ramos to San Siro ahead of the 2026-27 season in a transfer that will comfortably make him the most expensive signing in the club’s history.
There have been conflicting reports over the exact cost of the transfer, but reports from Fabrizio Romano indicate that the fixed fee will be set at €74m. Some reports in Italy claim that if all bonuses are reached and with commission fees included, the deal could exceed the €80m mark.

This is significantly higher than Milan’s previous transfer record: The €49.4m they paid over several instalments to sign Rafael Leao from Lille back in 2019.
According to the latest updates on Saturday, Ramos is also set to become the club’s highest earner and is set to take home a guaranteed salary of €7m per season.
Leao is currently the highest earner on the Rossoneri books, also earning around €7m per season, but with bonuses included.
