Raul Jimenez will leave Fulham when his contract expires this summer, with Wolves exploring a move to re-sign the fan favourite striker.

According to ExpressAndStar.com, Wolves have already held talks with the 35-year-old about a return to Molineux, while other clubs are also interested.

Fulham have confirmed they have not offered a new deal, clearing the way for his departure as a free agent.

Jimenez indicated last month that a comeback was possible, speaking after Fulham’s late-season draw at Molineux.

Wolves are rebuilding for a promotion push from the Championship.

The forward is currently with the Mexico national team ahead of the opening game of the World Cup on Thursday.
