Chelsea are being linked with interest in Como central defender Jacobo Ramon by sources like TeamTalk.
The 21 year old is a number of incredible Spanish talents brought to the Italian club by manager Cesc Fabregas, who has used the likes of Ramon and teammate Nico Paz to build a really superb team.
Romano moved from Real Madrid, who maintain a buy back clause as well as a 50% sell on fee. So this is potentially a tricky deal to do. Como have 4 clean sheets in their last 6 games, showing just how impressive Ramon has been and how good a job former Chelsea midfielder Fabregas is doing too.
The report also notes that Liverpool and Tottenham maintain an interest in the young talent, with a host of other Premier League teams also ready to swoop if the top options pass on him.
We can’t see a January deal happening for anyone – Como want to keep him and see where they finish this season. But expect Chelsea to maintain their interest in the youngster into the summer.
Liam Rosenior has only been in the job a few days, but he’s already taken a shine to one person on Chelsea’s books. He’s requested a change to his coaching staff upon his arrival at Stamford Bridge.
Rosenior took his first training session at Cobham today and the Chelsea website revealed a little bit about how how things went.
