Real Madrid eyeing deal for Alejo Sarco | OneFootball

The brass at La Liga giants Real Madrid have identified a member of the attacking ranks at Bayer Leverkusen as a future transfer target.

That’s according to Fichajes, who highlight Alejo Sarco as the player in question.

Sarco, for his part, is a 19-year-old attacker, who chiefly operates as a centre-forward.

The youngster has spent the last month turning heads in his native South America, by way of a string of impressive performances en route to Argentina booking their spot in the U20 World Cup final.

And one such club to have had their attentions piqued, as alluded to above, come in the form of Spanish heavyweights Real Madrid.

As per a report from Fichajes, amid an ongoing search for attacking reinforcements in the medium term:

‘The young Argentine striker from Leverkusen is on Florentino Pérez’s radar for the future.’

Those behind the scenes at Real Madrid, it is claimed, are keeping a close eye on Sarco’s development, with a view to a swoop for his signature down the line.
