The brass at La Liga giants Real Madrid have decided on the member of the club’s squad being lined up for a big-money exit this summer.

The Blancos star on the chopping block? Eduardo Camavinga.

Florentino Pérez and co. have of course been busy on the transfer front across the summer to date, in an effort to reinforce the squad at the disposal of the incoming José Mourinho.

Several more high-profile signings are still expected, though, across defence and midfield.

With as much in mind, the Bernabéu hierarchy are aware that at least one significant sale will be required, to balance the books.

And as alluded to above, if the latest word stemming from the Spanish media is anything to go by, then the odd man out in Real Madrid’s ranks now appears to have been identified.

As per a report from Diario AS:

‘The club has already made it clear that before addressing Mourinho’s latest requests to complete the squad, they need to make a significant sale. And all signs point to Camavinga.’

An offer in the region of €60 million is likely to be enough to convince Los Merengues of the merits of a deal.
