The board at La Liga giants Real Madrid have made a final call on the immediate futures of star attackers Vinícius Jr. and Kylian Mbappé.

This comes amid the assurance that neither will be going anywhere this summer.

The futures of both winger Vinícius and frontman Mbappé have of course been thrown back into the headlines in Spain’s capital over recent days.

After Real Madrid were sent packing from the Champions League at the hands of Bayern Munich, the fit of the Brazilian and Frenchman in a winning project were immediately called back into question.

Many of a Blancos persuasion, in fact, went as far as to call for one to be sent on their way with a view to next season.

If the latest word stemming from the Spanish media is anything to go by, however, then no such development will be forthcoming…

As per a report from Diario AS:

‘Vinicius Júnior and Kylian Mbappé will continue to be the cornerstones of Real Madrid in 2026-27. The new project envisioned by the Real Madrid management revolves around two players who haven’t yet reached the peak performance they achieved at other competitive points in their careers, but in whom there is complete confidence.’
