Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Jr. headline Real Madrid’s attack, and the duo themselves make the club’s forward line one of the most feared combinations in world football.

Los Blancos, however, are having a transformational transfer window this summer and see no reason to hold back on reinforcing the attack.

The right-wing, in particular, has been in need of a big name for a long time now, and the Merengues see Bayern Munich’s Michael Olise as a ‘dream signing’ for the attack.

There is, however, a need to make space for the Frenchman to potentially arrive, forcing the club into a position where they must facilitate a departure.

One of the two attackers to leave

As relayed in a recent update by ESPN, Real Madrid have identified the centre-forward position to have a relative surplus of resources, and are looking to part ways with one of the two talented youngsters in the squad.

Indeed, the club need one of Gonzalo Garcia and Endrick to leave the club on loan and are open to both options as matters stand.

Jose Mourinho’s plan is clear –  the manager will have a good look at both players and their profiles in pre-season before deciding which one he counts on. There will thereafter be a departure on loan for the second player.

Endrick refuses to leave

Endrick only left the club last winter on a six-month loan with the sole objective of proving his value and earning back a place at Real Madrid.

He did so, and the manager was said to firmly have him in his plans, but matters appear to have changed.

Real Madrid currently do not rule out loaning Endrick once more if the need arises. The player, however, is refusing to leave and is hell-bent on staying and winning a place in Mourinho’s plans.

In any case, the final decision is likely to depend on merit and both players have a chance to stay at Real Madrid for the upcoming campaign.

Should matters come to a departure, Fulham are said to be interested in Garcia, while Lyon will gladly take back Endrick on loan.
