Real Madrid star Endrick is considered increasingly likely to be on the move once again before the summer is out. This of course comes fresh off Los Blancos adding to their attacking options once again on Thursday.
Amid what has been a busy summer to date, the board at the Bernabéu this week set their sights on the services of Levante talent Carlos Espí.
After word was forthcoming that Gonzalo García was Premier League-bound with Fulham, Florentino Pérez quickly set about beating out the stiff competition to the 21-year-old’s signature.
A lightning round of discussions between the parties then gave rise to a full agreement, culminating in Espí penning terms with José Mourinho’s side yesterday evening.
Good news for one up-and-coming young goalscorer, though, could mean quite the opposite for another…
Endrick is of course fresh off a thoroughly productive loan spell away from Real Madrid, culminating in 16 direct goal contributions in a half-season on the books of French outfit Lyon.
The Brazilian, in turn, has since returned to base in Spain’s capital, with sights on a prominent role under the watch of new manager Mourinho this coming season.
As per a report from Blancos insider Alberto Pereiro, however, following Espí’s arrival:
‘Endrick looks like he’s about to get the boot.’
