Real Madrid star Gonzalo García has made his way into the sights of Italian heavyweights Juventus.

This comes amid an ongoing search on the part of the Bianconeri for reinforcements in the final third.

Frontman Gonzalo is for his part in the midst of something of an underwhelming campaign in Spain’s capital to date.

After securing for himself a permanent place in Xabi Alonso’s squad with a string of starring performances at the summer’s Club World Cup, the 21-year-old has since largely struggled for game time.

Sitting behind Kylian Mbappé in the centre-forward pecking order, Gonzalo has been afforded just a pair of starts across all competitions.

And such developments have evidently not gone unnoticed at the aforementioned Juventus.

As per a report from Italian transfer insider Gianluca Di Marzio, ahead of the predicted incoming departure of Dušan Vlahović, the Juve board have earmarked Gonzalo as a potential replacement.

It now remains to be seen if this interest develops into a formal bid…
