Real Madrid returned home with a 1-0 win over Real Sociedad in the first leg of the Copa del Rey semi-final first leg last night.
After being handed a rare start, teenage sensation Endrick made the most of it, scoring the only goal of the game to help his team gain advantage in the semi-final tie.
What led to Endrick starting on Wednesday night at the Reale Arena was the absence of Real Madrid’s attacking superstar Kylian Mbappe.
The French superstar did not travel to San Sebastian after having had a dental procedure which left him in pain on the eve of the match.
As reported by MARCA, Real Madrid returned to training today following their Copa del Rey victory over Real Sociedad, with Kylian Mbappe back in training after recovering from a dental procedure.
The French forward was not involved in the team’s final training session before the cup tie and having missed the game, he has now rejoined full training without any issues.
Mbappe is now focused on Real Madrid’s next fixture against Real Betis this weekend in La Liga.
Preparing for that, the 26-year-old took part in an intense training session alongside other players who were rested against Real Sociedad.

The Frenchman, who already has 28 goals in his debut season at the club was not the only key name left out of the Copa del Rey match.
Thibaut Courtois and Federico Valverde also given a rest by manager Carlo Ancelotti against La Real and are expected to return to the starting lineup at the Estadio Benito Villamarin this weekend.
While Ancelotti will welcome back these three regular starters, Real Madrid will still be without several key players.
The latest blow comes in the form of an injury to Dani Ceballos, who not only misses a return to his former club on Saturday but is also set to be sidelined for two months due to injury.
Alongside Ceballos, Jude Bellingham will also miss the game due to suspension, while Eder Militao, Dani Carvajal, and Jesus Vallejo remain unavailable through injury.
