Thiago Pitarch has been one of the biggest beneficiaries of Alvaro Arbeloa’s tenure as Real Madrid manager.

The 18-year-old midfield prospect had been in the first-team dynamics even under Xabi Alonso, but never got an opportunity to play.

That, however, has changed under the current management, with the teenage prodigy not only making his debut but also going on to become a regular in the team in recent weeks.

Indeed, Thiago has started in all of Real Madrid’s previous four matches, including the two UEFA Champions League clashes against Manchester City, and excelled.

Thiago’s development has reflected in the sudden rise in his market value, which has gone up from €3 million to €20 million.

Representation battle for Thiago

Now, according to AS, Thiago’s rapid rise to prominence at Real Madrid has triggered a battle between agencies as he gears up for new representation.

Indeed, the 18-year-old prospect is set to part ways with his current agency, N29 Football Solution, who have already been informed that once the current agreement ends, there will be a change.

Even before the termination takes place, interest has been flooding in from agencies to represent the Real Madrid academy pearl.

All the major agencies in the market have been circling, trying to secure the signature of Arbeloa’s “phenomenon.”

But, as per the report, ‘You First Sports’ has taken the lead, currently in pole position to win the race for the midfielder.

The agency represents names such as PSG midfielder Fabian Ruiz, former Real Madrid prospect Alex Jimenez and Spain manager Luis de la Fuente, and sees Thiago as a marquee signing.

It remains to be seen who Thiago and his entourage choose as his new agency, but things are looking up for the teenage prodigy.
