Michael Olise has remained the main talking point at Real Madrid, with reports earlier in the day suggesting that the Frenchman is ready to move to the Santiago Bernabeu.
Olise has emerged as the main target for Real Madrid this summer, with president Florentino Perez keen on making a Galactico signing this summer.
Signing Olise won’t be a walk in the park, though, with Bayern Munich not too keen on offloading their star man.
According to L’Equipe (h/t Madrid Xtra), Real Madrid would have to table a bid in the region of €200 million to €250 million to have any hope of persuading Bayern to part with the winger.

It is a staggering figure and one that would comfortably shatter Real Madrid’s club transfer record.
To put it into perspective, the €250 million ceiling would place the deal among the most expensive in football history, dwarfing the fees the club paid for the likes of Jude Bellingham and Eden Hazard.
The valuation reflects Bayern’s stance rather than any genuine willingness to negotiate.
The German champions have repeatedly insisted Olise is not for sale at any price, and are instead working to extend his contract while significantly increasing his salary.
With his current deal running until 2029 and no release clause attached, Bayern hold every card.

Beyond the finances, there is another obstacle. While Olise is understood to be receptive to the idea of joining Real Madrid, he has made clear he will not agitate or attempt to force his way out of Bavaria.
That leaves Real Madrid needing to convince Bayern through sheer weight of money, an approach that appears unrealistic at the figures being quoted.
Perez has promised supporters a marquee arrival, and Olise fits that billing perfectly, particularly with Vinicius Jr’s contract situation unresolved.
But at €250 million, Real Madrid may be forced to explore their alternatives instead.
