Real Madrid’s long-standing interest in Michael Olise has become a source of anxiety inside Bayern Munich, with uncertainty over the French winger’s future beginning to affect the atmosphere within the Bundesliga champions’ dressing room.
According to journalist Romain Molina, rumours surrounding a possible move to the Santiago Bernabeu have prompted Bayern players to seek clarification from the club, despite public assurances that Olise is not for sale.
The report claims Bayern’s squad had ended last season united behind a clear objective of winning the 2027 UEFA Champions League, making speculation over the departure of one of their biggest stars an unwelcome distraction before the new campaign has even begun.
Molina reports that concerns within the dressing room are not centred solely on the possibility of losing Olise’s quality on the pitch.
Instead, several players are said to view the transfer speculation as conflicting with the collective project Bayern have been building under Vincent Kompany.

With the Champions League identified as the club’s primary target, uncertainty surrounding one of the team’s most important attackers has created unease among the squad.
Despite those concerns, Bayern’s official position remains unchanged.
The German giants are financially secure and continue to insist they have no intention of selling Olise or any other key member of the squad, regardless of the magnitude of interest.
However, there is disagreement within the club, with differing opinions emerging among senior figures within the club’s leadership.

According to the report, some executives could be willing to consider an extraordinary offer worth more than €200 million, not purely for sporting or financial reasons but as part of the internal political tensions within Bayern’s hierarchy.
That, however, does not mean negotiations are underway, and there is no suggestion that Bayern have changed their public stance.
As far as Real Madrid are concerned, any move remains highly complicated, as Bayern question whether Madrid could currently finance a transfer of that magnitude without making room in the current roster.
For that reason, Real Madrid’s immediate priority would be creating space and generating financial flexibility before contemplating a formal approach.
