Real Sociedad 'enter the race' for SC Freiburg's Atubolu | OneFootball

Mundo Deportivo reports that Real Sociedad have joined the race for SC Freiburg goalkeeper Noah Atubolu.

Former Bundesliga coach Pellegrino Matarazzo took charge of the Basque club last December, and he is said to want Atubolu as his goalkeeper.

The American is understood to favour German keepers, with Finn Dahmen and Bernd Leno reportedly on his wishlist.

Steven Benda, recently on loan at Feyenoord Rotterdam, is considered another option.

First-choice goalkeeper Álex Remiro could leave this summer and is already in talks with SSC Napoli.

Napoli are offering Alex Meret in return, but he is reportedly not keen on moving to Real Sociedad.
