Real Sociedad hand Gorka Carrera new deal to 2031 | OneFootball

Real Sociedad have extended Gorka Carrera's contract until 2031, continuing their push to secure academy prospects.

The club said in a statement that the 21-year-old forward from Errenteria has agreed terms through the end of the 2030-31 season after joining at youth level.

Last season he scored 15 goals in Segunda División and has made four first-team appearances.

Carrera had already signed a renewal last November running to 2030, and Tuesday's announcement adds a further year.

He follows recent extensions for Unax Agote, Alex Lebarbier and Luken Beitia.
