Real Sociedad are yet to announce a first signing, but four departures are already recorded and interest is building across the squad and Sanse. El Territorio Cadista reports that Cádiz are interested in Tomy Carbonell.
Duje Caleta-Car and Wesley Gassova have completed loan spells without purchase options. Brais Méndez has moved to MLS, and Mikel Rodríguez has joined Alavés with a buy-back clause after stepping up from Sanse.
Carbonell, a Sanse midfielder who renewed in October until 2028, is on Cádiz’s list.
Up front, Carlos Fernández appeals to Oviedo, although Chris Ramos’s arrival there casts doubt on whether they will add another striker.
At the back, Getafe are open to bringing Javi López back at left-back after a loan in which he grew into the role. Aihen Muñoz is on Osasuna’s agenda for the same position. He has one year left on his deal and could depart this summer.
Jon Karrikaburu’s exit appears only a matter of time after he went unused in Saturday’s friendly against Racing. Burgos could be his next stop, where Sergio Francisco coaches and knows him from Real Sociedad’s youth system. Other Segunda clubs are also options.
While the first arrivals are pending, resolving these exits will shape Real Sociedad’s roadmap. The club are working to trim the squad and settle the group for the start of the season.
