Real Sociedad unveil red third kit with ikurriña detail for Europe | OneFootball

Real Sociedad have unveiled a red third kit for 2026-27, produced by Joma, with green and white detailing at the collar and sleeves to reference the ikurriña. The club’s three strips for next season will be blue and white, black and red.

According to Diario Vasco, the third shirt completes the set after the first two were launched this week. The lack of an ikurriña on the back of the black shirt drew heavy criticism from supporters on social media.

Basque colours also appear on the shorts and socks, and the inner neck carries 'Aurrera Gipuzkoa!'. The home shirt features 'Aurrera Txuri-urdinak', spreading anthem details across the pieces.

The design is presented as a statement of origin and pride, and the club have earmarked it for European competition.

The kit is on sale via the club website at 85 euros for adults and 80 euros for juniors, with shorts at 38 euros and socks at 18 euros. Matching training hoodies and jackets in a similar red have also been released.
