Real Sociedad unveil third kit honouring the ikurrina | OneFootball

Real Sociedad have unveiled their third kit, a red design with green and white detailing at the collar.

According to AS, the launch follows the home shirt introduced on 30 June under “Fuimos, somos y seremos”, and a black away strip, “Black energy”, unveiled on Wednesday.

The new jersey is presented under the motto “Gure lurra, gure odola”, rendered as “nuestro origen, nuestro orgullo”.

The club describe it on their website as a red shirt that channels the passion of generations of realzales, with the neck blending green and white to echo the ikurrina. It is framed as an expression of origin and pride, intended to carry their identity across Europe.

The kit uses performance-focused materials and technologies. It is made from 100% recycled polyester sourced from PET bottles, combining lightness, durability and quality with a more sustainable production, and helping to cut CO2 emissions by 75% versus traditional fabrics.

A technical jacquard structure improves breathability. Strategically placed MICRO-MESH SYSTEM panels in high-sweat areas manage moisture efficiently.

The Real Sociedad crest is produced in transparent silicone to reduce rubbing without affecting flexibility. Durable, comfortable seams protect freedom of movement, and ribbed collar and cuffs ensure a secure fit.
