Report: Contact between Dybala-Boca Juniors | OneFootball

Paulo Dybala’s comments after the Parma-Roma match have sparked various interpretations, with many seeing them as an attempt to pressure the Giallorossi management into making quick decisions regarding his future.

The Argentine’s contract expires at the end of June, and it’s still unclear what jersey the former Juventus player will wear next season. However, the true picture is quite different.

The player’s entourage, as reported by Matteo Moretto, is in constant and close contact with Boca Juniors, who have been working for months to bring the striker back to Argentina.

Leandro Paredes is also behind this move, pushing for Dybala to be reunited with him at the Argentine club.

The possibility that the upcoming derby against Lazio on Sunday (or Monday) will truly be Dybala’s last appearance at the Olimpico, in front of the Giallorossi fans, therefore appears very real.

From Roma’s side, the strategy is clear: the club is trying to keep Dybala, but with a reduced financial offer, in order to contain his salary costs.

Despite this, the prospect of a permanent farewell to the capital remains far from remote, with the situation seemingly destined to evolve towards a transfer.
