According to La Stampa (via Calciomercato.com), the Bianconeri have already opened talks with the Portuguese’s agents, given that the 31-year-old’s contract at the Etihad Stadium expires at the end of the season.
Juventus have explored a possible transfer as a free agent and moved quickly, hoping to beat competition from other European clubs.

La Stampa reports that Bernardo Silva has already decided against signing a contract extension with Manchester City, which means he’ll leave the club on a free transfer at the end of the season.
Juventus remain on the market for a central midfielder this month, and Guido Rodriguez (West Ham) is on their radar, even if the club and Luciano Spalletti are in no hurry and want to consider all their options before securing a deal for the Argentine.
