The Bianconeri are reportedly willing to offer the defender a five-year contract with wages in the region of €2.5m per year.

Several other sides have expressed an interest in the former Genk defender: Sunderland had enquired last summer, while Vincenzo Italiano and Besiktas have also been in contact over the last few weeks.

Lucumi is said to be keen on the idea of staying in Italy or moving to the Premier League.

If Bologna are to sell Lucumi this summer, they are expected to seek a fee in the region of €25m.
