Roma continues to work on outgoing deals, and among the players who could leave Trigoria in the coming weeks is Salah-Eddine.
Betis is reportedly showing strong interest in the full-back, having already begun initial discussions with the Roman club to explore a possible transfer.
The defender, currently playing for the Morocco national team at the World Cup, is among those the Giallorossi management could sell as part of their squad rationalization plan.
Negotiations between the two clubs have been ongoing for several days, and the goal is to reach an agreement as quickly as possible, writes Filippo Biafora of Il Tempo.
After encountering difficulties with major transfers before the June 30th deadline,
Roma is also attempting to close deals considered secondary, but nonetheless useful for streamlining the squad and improving transfer market management.
This could open up a new experience for Salah-Eddine in the Spanish league. Betis considers the full-back an attractive prospect and remains in constant contact with Roma management. However, before the deal is finalized, a definitive agreement on both the transfer formula and the financial assessment will need to be reached.
