Sunderland have rejected Borussia Dortmund's latest offer for Jobe Bellingham which was below €25million

Dortmund are expected to return with a new proposal today, Sky Germany reports from their inside information gained from an English source.

Bellingham is with England U-21 for the Euros – but if a deal is done, he’ll head to Dortmund and the Club World Cup.
