Former Leeds United striker Robbie Fowler has been named on the 2025 shortlist for the Premier League Hall of Fame.

Fowler, one of the most gifted finishers of his generation, joined the Whites from Liverpool in November 2001 and quickly made his mark at Elland Road.

Signed for £11m, the England international wasted no time in delighting the Leeds faithful with his trademark movement and lethal finishing. Fowler netted 14 times in 30 Premier League appearances, including a superb hat-trick away at Bolton Wanderers and crucial goals against the likes of Everton and Blackburn Rovers.

Though injuries and the club's off-field financial difficulties limited his impact, Fowler's sharp eye for goal and natural instincts made him a fan favourite, and his contribution remains fondly remembered in the club’s Premier League history.

The Premier League Hall of Fame celebrates players who have made a defining impact on the competition since its inception in 1992. Fowler joins a 15-man shortlist for 2025, with two inductees to be confirmed following a fan vote later this year.

Fans around the world are invited to make their selections via the Premier League app or at premierleague.com/halloffame, with the public vote closing at 12:00 BST on Monday 15 September.
