Roma is seeking a profitable offer, without making a capital loss, for Artem Dovbyk.
The Ukrainian striker has had a difficult season, hampered by physical problems that have held him back: a year to forget.
The former Girona player arrived in the capital for approximately €38 million, including fixed costs and bonuses, a figure the Giallorossi must take into account when considering the player’s future.
As Corriere dello Sport reports, calculating the annual amortization rate based on his two seasons with the Giallorossi, the Roman club would need an offer of at least €23 million to make a capital gain.
In short, it’s not a trivial offer, after a year out on the sidelines.
The Ukrainian striker has missed 30 games and played just 627 minutes in all competitions.
However, there are clubs interested in Dovbyk: Real Betis and Villarreal have already inquired, and something could also happen in the Bundesliga next week.
