According to Diario Do Peixe, Santos have named their side for Wednesday’s derby with São Paulo at Vila Belmiro, with Rony handed his first start in the second round of the Campeonato Brasileiro.

Gabriel Brazão keeps his place in goal. Mayke comes in at right-back and Escobar starts on the left. Adonis Frías remains from the last match, partnered by Luan Peres in central defence.

João Schmidt and Gabriel Menino stay in midfield. Zé Rafael is added to reinforce the centre for the clássico.

Rony leads the line from the start. Barreal and Gabriel Barbosa keep their spots to complete the front three.
