Wrexham host Swansea City at the Racecourse Ground on Friday, with co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney fronting an alternative Sky Sports commentary for the derby.
According to Wales Online, viewers have two options. Sky Sports Main Event carries the standard broadcast, while Sky Sports Football shows "Live from Wrexham with Rob and Ryan", an exclusive alternative feed.
The alternative show is set to be more relaxed and conversational, hosted by Sky Sports' David Prutton. It will move away from heavy stats, focusing on the owners' reactions, anecdotes and their journey. High-profile guests are teased, with rumours of Hollywood friends joining in person or via video link.
Reynolds and McElhenney said they do not know how it will go, that they will give it their best, and that neither has called a sporting event before, having learned the rules only five years ago. They added it will be another unpredictable day at the Racecourse and they cannot wait.
It is a major All-Wales derby in the Championship, the first league meeting since 2008 after Wrexham's rapid rise under their ownership. Wrexham are sixth on 57 points, with Swansea 10th on 52.
A win would tighten Wrexham's grip on the play-offs and move them six points clear of seventh-placed Derby, at least temporarily. Victory for Swansea would leave them within two points of their rivals, throwing the race for the top six wide open. Kick-off is at 8pm UK time on Friday, 13 March, with both feeds available on Sky Go and for NOW Sports members.
