Saint-Étienne unveil classic green shirt, Casino back as sponsor | OneFootball

According to Le Progres, Saint-Étienne unveiled a pared-back green shirt at Place de l’Hôtel-de-Ville on Wednesday evening, the launch highlighting the historic return of Casino as shirt sponsor.

Despite the heat, a first green wave of fans packed the square, steps awash with club colours and two large balcony banners lifting the mood.

Emmanuel Demont, the voice of the Chaudron, led a countdown before a video stitched together club and city symbols, closing on a unifying message.

The design pays tribute to the 1956-1957 season, favouring restraint over flourish.

Attention then turned to a catwalk, with Sohaib Naïr, Kevin Pedro, Gautier Larsonneur, Lucas Stassin, Jakob Breum and Paul Eymard swapping their boots to take part.
