Samuel Nibombe extends Monaco contract to 2030 | OneFootball

Although not yet official, L'Équipe reports that Belgian centre-back Samuel Nibombe has extended his Monaco contract by three years, running to June 2030.

Nibombe returned to action last season, putting behind him the scare of a cardiac episode in May 2025.

The 18-year-old Belgium Under-19 international featured twice in 2025-26, facing PSG in the Champions League and Angers in Ligue 1.

He was among about thirty players to report for the first-team restart early last week.

Standing 1.98m, the centre-back will be assessed by the new staff of Filipe Luis during training and pre-season matches, and he could be loaned to gain game time.
