Santos have registered 50 players for the Copa Sudamericana, including Under-17 and Under-20 prospects, according to Diario Do Peixe.

The squad features five goalkeepers, seven centre-backs, six full-backs, 18 midfielders and 14 forwards.

Head coach Cuca can still make five changes during the mid-year transfer window.

Santos open their group campaign on Wednesday against Deportivo Cuenca in Ecuador.

They are in Group D with San Lorenzo of Argentina and Recoleta of Paraguay. The group winners advance to the last 16, the runners-up enter a play-off against a Libertadores group third-placed side.
