Santos set week’s schedule for Deportivo Cuenca and Vitória ties | OneFootball

Santos have set out this week’s programme ahead of matches against Deportivo Cuenca and Vitória, their final outings before the World Cup break.

According to Diario Do Peixe, the squad returned to the Baixada Santista after defeat at Grêmio and reconvened on Sunday 24 May. Training resumes on Monday 25 May at 16:00 at CT Rei Pelé.

They then go into camp to face Deportivo Cuenca on Tuesday 26 May at 21:30 at Vila Belmiro, in the sixth round of the Copa Sudamericana, with qualification in their sights.

Post-match, afternoon sessions at 16:00 are scheduled on Wednesday 27, Thursday 28 and Friday 29 May, again at CT Rei Pelé.

Santos return to the pitch against Vitória on Saturday 30 May at 21:00 at Vila Belmiro, in the 18th round of the Brasileiro.

These are the club’s last games before the World Cup, with the calendar due back in July. The club are evaluating a European training camp and are expected to share further details soon.
