Santos’ ticket sales were disrupted on Wednesday morning, preventing the planned non-member release for the match at Neo Química Arena.

Supporters reported instability on the Sócio Rei website, and fans who queued at Vila Belmiro for the 10 opening were later told sales could not proceed.

The club said in a statement that access to the Sócio Rei site had been unstable on Wednesday morning, and that its IT team, working with the platform provider, were trying to fix the problem as quickly as possible. It expressed regret and thanked supporters for their backing.

The affected fixture is Santos against Coritiba on Sunday at 11 at Neo Química Arena.

It is the 16th round of the 2026 Campeonato Brasileiro.
