Santos to face Santa Clara on Portugal tour | OneFootball

Santos have arranged a second friendly for their Portugal training camp, they will face Santa Clara in Braga, with the date expected to be confirmed next week.

According to Globo.com, the squad will be in the country from seven to 17 July and are still seeking a third opponent.

Before meeting Santa Clara, who finished 13th in the Portuguese league, Santos play Vitória de Guimarães in Guimarães on 12 July.

The squad will break for holidays after Saturday’s Brasileirão match against Vitória at Vila Belmiro.

Players are expected to have three weeks off, then restart their training at CT Rei Pelé.

With the exception of Neymar, called up by Brazil for the World Cup, and players expected to leave mid-year, such as Zé Rafael, the rest of the senior squad will travel to Portugal.
