According to Globo.com, São Paulo’s Public Prosecutor has asked Corinthians to explain payments to Incentiva Serviços Combinados, Tecnologia e Marketing Para Empresas LTDA, the company behind the Fiel da Sorte programme.
Prosecutor Cássio Conserino gave the club 10 days to detail the facts, warning of disobedience if it fails, and said the case links to other probes into cash withdrawals without receipts. The request also cites a complaint from a club member.
Corinthians unveiled Fiel da Sorte in June 2023, promising weekly prizes and experiences for Fiel Torcedor members, including digital scratchcards known as rabiscadinhas, with each member entitled to 12 free each month.
Official promotion ceased from April 2024, yet payments to Incentiva continued, totalling more than R$ 6.9 million.
Instalments rose from R$ 124,488.75 in August 2023 to R$ 343,522.50 in April 2026. Last month the club moved to terminate alleging breach and seeks R$ 3 million, while auditing alleged non-delivery. Federal authorisation for the company’s draws expired in September 2024, though a club report noted rabiscadinhas until 19 December 2025.
Incentiva says it was not notified of unilateral termination and that the campaign ran until late May 2026. The deal paid R$ 3.75 per month for each member who joined after April 2023, with OneFan counting those due, and payments were kept up until April 2026.
