Sarah M'Barek says she was not informed after Lens announce her exit | OneFootball

RC Lens announced on Monday the departure of Sarah M'Barek as head coach of their women's team, but she said in an Instagram post that she had not been formally informed.

The announcement came after the side were relegated to the Second League at the end of the 2025-2026 season. M'Barek had been in charge for six years.

The former Guingamp coach posted on Monday afternoon and declined to comment further when contacted.

Her message appeared to suggest the club may not have followed usual procedure before parting company with their coach.
