Scarlett Camberos has entered América Femenil’s all-time top five after scoring in the first leg of the quarter-finals against Juárez.
According to Americayya.net, she joined in early 2022 from United States college football and quickly became a key presence on and off the pitch.
She left around a year and a half later due to persistent harassment from an individual, which led her to return to the United States. She rejoined Club América by mid 2024 and has stayed with the team, establishing herself as a historic player.
Her latest strike has left her one goal away from breaking into the club’s top three all-time scorers.
The current list is led by Kiana Palacios on 91 and Daniela Espinosa with 86. Casandra Cuevas, Katty Martínez and Scarlett Camberos are on 53, followed by Lucero Cuevas with 49, Sarah Luebbert 46, Irene Guerrero 39, Montse Saldivar 38 and Alison González 27.
