Napoli push through the injury crisis with Rasmus Hojlund and Scott McTominay for this tricky trip to Bologna, who rely on Jonathan Rowe and Riccardo Orsolini.

Remo Freuler will be out for two months after fracturing his clavicle, joining Nicola Ravaglia and Ciro Immobile on the treatment table.

Tommaso Pobega therefore takes the midfield reins, while Orsolini, Jens Odgaard and Rowe support Thijs Dallinga upfront, resting Santiago Castro.

Bologna are unbeaten in seven Serie A games and coach Vincenzo Italiano returned to the touchline on Thursday after a week in hospital undergoing treatment for pneumonia.
