Roma hope Stephan El Shaarawy, Eldor Shomurodov and Devyne Rensch can keep their excellent home record going against Napoli’s Romelu Lukaku, Scott McTominay and David Neres.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 19.45 GMT.
It is a very busy time for the Giallorossi, who on Thursday beat Eintracht Frankfurt to secure their Europa League play-off spot and have Milan coming up in the Coppa Italia quarter-final on Wednesday.
Bryan Cristante is fit again after a long injury lay-off, while Rensch was cup-tied midweek and gets his second consecutive Serie A start.
Roma rest Mats Hummels, Paulo Dybala, Artem Dovbyk, Leandro Paredes and Lorenzo Pellegrini.
Niccolò Pisilli comes in with El Shaarawy and Shomurodov for what might be a 4-4-2 formation.

Napoli are top of the Serie A table and fresh from the comeback 2-1 victory over Juventus, but also only now ready to take advantage of having no European commitments.
Mathias Olivera is out of action, but Alessandro Buongiorno returns to the bench for the first time since cracking bones in his back during training in December.
Juan Jesus and Leonardo Spinazzola therefore start, with McTominay behind Lukaku, Matteo Politano and David Neres.
Lukaku is expecting another less than generous welcome from the Roma fans, having played for them last season on loan from Chelsea.
