Rafael Leao is back and available for Milan, who will host Antonio Conte and his table-topping Napoli side in an early-season special in Serie A on Sunday evening.

The Rossoneri have won their last four matches across all competitions, while Napoli have won all four of their Serie A matches at the start of the 2025-26 campaign, giving them a one-point lead with a game in hand as things stand.

Milan have been without Rafael Leao since mid-August, but the Portugal international is now back and available for selection. He is expected to start among the substitutes bench, which could mean an attacking pairing of Christian Pulisic and Santiago Gimenez for the Rossoneri.

An unchanged Serie A midfield of Youssouf Fofana, Luka Modric and Adrien Rabiot is expected to go again against the Partenopei.

Antonio Conte has a shortage in defence, with Alessandro Buongiorno, Amir Rrahmani, Mathias Olivera and Leonardo Spinazzola all unavailable, which will likely mean opportunities for Juan Jesus and Miguel Gutierrez to come into the back four.

Sky Sport Italia predict that Rasmus Hojlund will come back into the starting XI replacing Lorenzo Lucca. Scott McTominay, Kevin De Bruyne and Stanislav Lobotka are expected to keep their places in midfield.

Kick-off is due at 19.45 BST.
