Juventus hope Randal Kolo Muani and Nico Gonzalez can keep them in fourth place in this head-to-head with Lazio’s Taty Castellanos and Mattia Zaccagni.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 17.00 UK time (16.00 GMT, 18.00 CET).
The race for that Champions League qualifying spot is getting tighter than ever, as going into this weekend Juve, Lazio and Roma were all tied on 63 points.
Bologna lost to Milan last night, so remain on 62, while the Rossoneri climb to 60 and Fiorentina with a game in hand are on 59.

Marco Baroni’s side are unbeaten in six, including a 1-0 victory away to Atalanta.
Elseid Hysaj is suspended, with Nuno Tavares and Patric injured, while Adam Marusic is back in the squad after a knock.
Luca Pellegrini is preferred at left-back, moving Marusic to the right, with Nicoló Rovella facing his former club.
Castellanos leads the attack with Gustav Isaksen, Mattia Zaccagni and Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, chosen rather than Boulaye Dia.

Igor Tudor returns to face Lazio for the first time since walking away last summer, having briefly taken over for Maurizio Sarri.
Juventus are still missing Teun Koopmeiners, Lloyd Kelly, Andrea Cambiaso, Gleison Bremer, Juan Cabal, Arek Milik and suspended Kenan Yildiz.
Dusan Vlahovic and Federico Gatti are back in the team, but only fit for the bench.
Kolo Muani therefore is again the only available centre-forward, with support from Nico Gonzalez and Weston McKennie.
January signing Alberto Costa gets a rare start at right wing-back.
If two teams are level on points in Serie A, they are separated first by head-to-head record, then goal difference.
It could make this result extremely important, seeing as Juve beat Lazio 1-0 in October.
Lazio: Mandas; Marusic, Gila, Romagnoli, Pellegrini; Guendouzi, Rovella; Isaksen, Dele-Bashiru, Zaccagni; Castellanos
Juventus: Di Gregorio; Kalulu, Veiga, Savona; Alberto Costa, McKennie, Locatelli, Thuram, Weah; Nico Gonzalez, Kolo Muani
