Serie A: Venezia vs. Fiorentina – probable line-ups, where to watch on TV | OneFootball

Former Everton striker Beto is expected to start his first game at Fiorentina as Paolo Vanoli returns to the Viola’s bench to replace Fabio Grosso.

Fiorentina host newly-promoted Serie A side Venezia at the Stadio Penzo this evening.

It kicks off at 20:45 CET [19:45 BST] this evening and it’s the opening match of Serie A Round 4.

Both sides still have zero points in the Serie A table, and Fiorentina replaced Grosso with Vanoli on Monday.

Vanoli has returned to the Franchi just three months after his departure. He had spent the second half of the previous campaign at the club, helping La Viola avoid relegation.

He’s also a former Venezia coach with whom he secured Serie A promotion in the 2024-25 campaign.

According to several sources, including Goal.com, Vanoli will bench ex-Tottenham defender Radu Dragusin, starting Luca Ranieri and Marin Pongracic at the back.

Nicolò Fagioli, Arthur Atta and Cher Ndour are expected to start in central midfield with Beto deployed as a sole striker.

The match will be available on DAZN in the UK and Ireland and on Paramount+ in the USA.
